Health Coaching: Here we spend time on assessing and discussing the main keys to success towards good health. From motivation, habit tracking to actually moving your body, these sessions will give you tools to make healthier choices and quit the sedentary lifestyle. No oil is used for massages. We do not offer insurance receipts for RMT, however receipts are available in ON if you have a coverage for a holistic health practitioner.
