The direct hire union division of Matrix Service Company, Matrix NAC has provided procurement, construction, maintenance and repair services to the energy and industrial markets across North America since 1986. Parent company Matrix Service Company began its union operations through Matrix NAC in 1986, but Matrix NAC increased its experience and capabilities exponentially through its acquired businesses which include S.M. Electric and Kvaerner North American Construction. This proud legacy extends as far back as 1946. Today, Matrix NAC enjoys a long-standing reputation for excellence across a host of services including large capital construction, oil and gas storage, power generation, power delivery, integrated iron and steel and refinery and petrochemical work.
We maintain strong relations with national labor groups with active participation in the National Maintenance Agreement Policy Committee and other labor management committees and associations, both on local and national levels. These crucial relationships support North America's craftspeople and ensures that we effectively staff projects with the most qualified craftsmen on the continent.
